Privacy Policy

What we collect
We collect the email address and name you provide when you sign up, the storyboards and content you create, comments you post, and basic usage telemetry (page views, errors). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and avatar from Google.
What we don't collect
We don't sell or rent your data. We don't run ad-tech tracking. We don't share your storyboards with third parties except as required to process AI generation requests (see below).
AI generation
When you generate a scene with AI, we send your prompt and any reference images you attach to Google's Gemini API. Google's terms of service apply to that processing. We do not retain your prompts beyond what's needed to display them in your storyboard.
Storage
Storyboards, frames, comments, and approvals are stored on our servers (DigitalOcean, USA). Generated images and videos are stored on the same infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest where supported.
Share links
Tokenized share links are JWT-signed and expire after 30 days by default. You can revoke them at any time. External reviewers using share links may be asked for a name (saved in their browser only).
Cookies
We set a session cookie when you sign in. We don't use third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing the address listed below. Account deletion is permanent.
