Terms of Service
Last updated: April 2026
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. If you sign in with Google, your Google account governs that authentication.
Your content, your rights
You retain all rights to storyboards, scenes, captions, notes, and comments you create. We don't claim ownership of your content. We process and store it solely to provide the service to you and the people you share it with.
AI-generated content
AI-generated images and videos are produced by third-party models (Google Gemini). Use rights for AI outputs follow Google's terms of service for the underlying model. Storyboarding does not warrant that AI outputs are free of third-party rights claims; you're responsible for reviewing outputs before public use.
Acceptable use
Don't use Storyboarding to create content that violates law, infringes third-party rights, generates non-consensual imagery of real people, or harasses others. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Beta service
Storyboarding is currently in beta. Features may change without notice. We may impose usage limits if necessary. The service is provided "as-is" during beta.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms or for prolonged inactivity. Account deletion permanently removes your data.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storyboarding's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months (which during beta is $0).
